I must highly recommend Pack Movers as the movers of choice. On February 21, 2024, I contacted Manny to move my furniture from storage to my new apartment.The night before I was very nervous as I had a bad experience with a different mover previously.When Manny & Christian arrived, they were very respectable & reassuring about the task to be done. They were very careful in securing & loading the furniture. They even fixed a bed that was damaged from the previous mover.They moved everything safely & quickly to my new apartment. No damages whatsoever! I received top notch customer service from Manny & Christian. I must commend them with a 5 star rating.

We hired PackMark movers to help with our move. They were thorough professionals and helped move us very efficiently and smoothly. The bonus was when we asked if they can help assemble our newly delivered bunk bed for the kids. Without any hesitation, the response was yes we can help. They got to work right after finishing the move. We asked them if they wanted to take a break after the move and assemble the bunk bed later. They didn't take any break and completed the assembly like a thorough professional. They put a smile on my children's faces. The kids were so excited to see their bunk bed assembled on the day it was delivered. They worked very hard from 10 am to 7 pm, non stop.God bless them. Thank you PackMark for your thorough service.
Not impressed we received manny as our mover. Charged us around 3k for two trucks and about 300 bucks to have a conversation lol. Took naps while on job. No respect or understanding for people’s situation. Doesn’t take checks?Didn’t state their policy before the move. No contract was sign and numbers were just made up on the spot. Also left 1/4 of the house in the old house when we especially said to take certain items. I’m not impressed at all I could’ve gotten a uhaul and done it for 800 bucks and got everything. Again 10/10 would not recommend unless if it’s another manger or worker but it wasn’t.
My worst nightmare came through when I had a last minute cancellation with another moving company who had truck issues the day of my closing. My wife was in tears and I was just in utter shock and couldn't believe it.I looked these guys up on google and spoke to Michael who had a crew of 7 guys and two box trucks at my house within 2 hours after we spoke. I couldn't be more thankful for the crews efficiency and warm and friendly demeanor. They had my entire 5 bedroom home moved within 6 hours. I still can't believe it. This review does not give you guys enough credit. Thank you so muchMichael!!! Your team is the best and my family and I are forever grateful.
I went with my guts and move forward with this company and I don’t regret it one bit they are a legit moving company not a brokerage and they even guarantee me a fix moving price I highly recommend these guys
I use this company, they are very professional. Items were picked up on time, also delivered before the expected date. Everything was in top shape. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone who is planning on moving.
